MedMentor acts as an educational consultancy and counselling service provider. Final admission, visa, eligibility and enrollment decisions are made by the respective universities, institutions, embassies, governments or other competent authorities.

3. No Guarantee of Admission

MedMentor provides guidance and assistance but does not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship, employment, licensing, academic results or any specific career outcome.

4. University and Course Selection

5. Student Information and Documents

Students are responsible for providing correct, complete and genuine information and documents.

MedMentor shall not be responsible for delays, rejection, cancellation or other consequences resulting from:

• False or misleading documents

• Incomplete documentation

• Delayed submission

• Misrepresentation of academic qualifications

• Failure to meet eligibility requirements

Providing fraudulent or forged documents may result in termination of services without liability to MedMentor.

6. Fees and Payments

Any consultancy, application, documentation, service or other applicable charges will be communicated to the student/parent before payment.

University tuition fees, hostel fees, examination fees, visa fees, embassy charges, travel expenses, insurance, courier charges and other third-party expenses may be separate from MedMentor’s service charges unless specifically stated otherwise.

Students should obtain and retain payment receipts for all payments made to MedMentor.

7. Refund and Cancellation

Refund eligibility, if applicable, will depend on the specific service, payment terms and written refund policy communicated to the student at the time of engagement.

Payments made directly to universities, government authorities, embassies, visa centres, airlines, insurance providers, accommodation providers or other third parties will be subject to the respective third party’s refund and cancellation policies.

No refund shall be automatically implied merely because a student changes their mind, fails to submit required documents, becomes ineligible, or is unable to proceed due to personal circumstances.

Where a refund is legally or contractually due, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms and law.

8. Visa Assistance

MedMentor may provide assistance with visa documentation and application procedures.

However, the final decision regarding visa approval, rejection, processing time and visa conditions rests entirely with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

MedMentor cannot guarantee visa approval or a particular processing time.

9. Third-Party Websites and Institutions

The website may contain links, references or information relating to universities, government authorities, travel providers, accommodation providers, financial institutions and other third-party services.

MedMentor does not control all third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies or decisions.
